As of 5/30, all pups are spoken
for. We thank all for looking and appreciate the numerous inquiries. We
will have a couple (1 or 2) pups available from another litter that'll
be ready in a few months. E-mail or call us for info.

Or, if you'd prefer to have the pup started for you,
I'll keep your pup (after it's paid for in full) until he/she
is started on hare. You must pick them up as soon as
they're started [this means that they'll be tonguing on a
line by themselves and able to make forward progress with
it] (most likely at 4 or 5 months old) and the fee is an
additional $250 (this includes food, standard vaccinations
and worming) -- payable when you pick up the started pup. If
you'd prefer to leave the pup longer please contact
me for additional details.

Litter
2 -- 2002 <-back
All sold.Mom and pups are doing well. Whelped on 8/18 -- that makes them available for pickup (at 8 weeks old) on October 11th. There are 8 in the litter, with 5 total for sale. Pups should be 15" hounds at maturity and should make excellent hunting hounds or pets.
$275 males and
$300 females -- all pups will be wormed and have their scheduled shots. All
pups come with cert. of good health from our vet. and AKC registration
papers. The litter registration will be done before the pups
are ready to go -- so there will be no excuses or promises about future
papers -- you will receive them when you pick up your pup. A
$100 deposit holds your pup -- puppies may be picked in the order that
the deposits are received. You can make your deposit by credit
card or check using our Secure
Online Payment processor, or you can mail us a check or
money order to the address located here.
We are not a big, commercial breeder (aka. puppy mill). We will only have two or three litters (max.) in a year. The major purpose for our breeding is developing a quality line of hunting hounds -- as a result of this we inevitably have more than the one or two puppies in a litter that we desire to keep, raise and hunt ourselves. That's the only reason that we ever have puppies for sale.

The mother (Brandy) is linebred 'Patch' hound on both sides and a super jump dog; with a snow nose to get the job done day in and day out.
This is the second cross of these two hounds. The pup that I know from the first cross started young and turned out to be a solid hound with great disposition. Both parents have good snow noses and can run steady in some of the worst winter conditions. Pups should be medium speed and, if trialed, suited to SPO or a slower LP.
